As a seasoned Realtor with 18 years of experience, Sue is a meticulous researcher and a tireless advocate on behalf of her clients. She has worked extensively with first-time buyers, people relocating from other areas, sellers, investors, and nonprofit housing groups. Sue also owns several investment properties in North Carolina.
A former reporter with an eye for detail, Sue has a thorough understanding of every piece of the home-buying and selling process, from working with lenders and inspectors to attorneys and title companies. She makes sure to carefully explain each step to her clients. A top producer for many years, Sue earned the CRS (Council of Residential Specialists) designation, awarded to only 3% of realtors. Sue has a bachelor’s degree with high honors from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, and a master’s degree from Columbia University in New York, NY. As a Los Angeles Times reporter, she was part of a team that won the 2004 Pulitzer Prize for coverage of Southern California wildfires.
